InZOI Launches Early Access: $40 Price Tag and Free DLC Roadmap Revealed

Life simulation game enthusiasts have a new contender to look forward to this year. InZOI, developed by Krafton, is set to launch in early access on March 28th, 2025. The game promises to bring a fresh perspective to the genre with its realistic graphics and innovative features.

Early Access Pricing and Free DLC Promise

InZOI will be available for $40 during its early access period. This price point puts it in line with expansion packs for established games in the genre, making it an attractive option for players looking to try something new.

In a bold move, game director Hyungjun “Kjun” Kim has announced that all downloadable content (DLC) and updates released during the early access phase will be provided at no additional cost. This decision aims to build goodwill with the player base and encourage early adoption.

“Until there’s a full launch, all updates and DLCs will be provided for free,” Kim stated during the recent Global Showcase event.

It’s important to note that InZOI will be a one-time purchase game, not following the free-to-play model. The game will be available on PC through Steam and will also support GeForce NOW for cloud gaming enthusiasts.

Between these major updates, the team plans to release new outfits and furniture every three months to keep the game fresh and engaging.

Innovative Features: 3D Printer for Custom Wearables

One of the standout features showcased during the presentation was the 3D Printer tool. This innovative addition allows players to create custom wearable objects for their characters, known as Zois. The livestream demonstration showed the creation of unique items like a witch’s hat, highlighting the potential for player creativity and personalization.

Ongoing Development and Community Feedback

The InZOI team has been transparent about the game’s current state and the work that lies ahead. Kim acknowledged that “InZOI still has a lot to improve on,” emphasizing the team’s commitment to consistent development and adhering to the roadmap.

Importantly, the developers plan to actively incorporate player feedback throughout the early access period. Kim stated, “We will continue to communicate with you, actively listening to your requests and incorporating your feedback.”

How to Get InZOI

InZOI will be available on Steam starting March 28th, 2025. For those eager to get a head start, there’s an opportunity to win an InZOI Creative Studio Steam key on Twitch on March 20th, 2025.
